Summary
Leads the go-to-market approach, use case development, customer experience and platforms necessary to provide microsoft cloud (azure, m365, teams, etc.) csp to customersLeads, drives and delivers sales and profit goals through logicalisSupports and is aligned with logicalis’ digital workplace, cloud, security, analytics and data platform offerings in their pursuits and accountable for the cloud subscription elements of the engagement(s)Helps customers evaluate and understand how to purchase and maximize their microsoft consumption for the most value via logicalis.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Manages and achieves overall microsoft practice csp gross profit and revenue goals.
Maintains expertise in all microsoft csp solutions and programs.
Positions logicalis csp offerings effectively and educates clients, sales, presales and delivery teams in order to grow existing and add net new csp business
Accountable for the health of the microsoft csp overall business, to support a profitable and efficient, high valued customer experience with logicalis.
Maximizes incentives to help evolve clients to the cloud (azure, m365, teams, etc.)
Leads the following areas across the various microsoft csp programs:
Identifies new cloud software opportunities and customer profiles
Engages in customer facing microsoft cloud sales discussionsprovides consultation (optimization, adoption/consumption models) builds pipeline and drive results upon microsoft csp cloudprovides post-sale support as needed
Assists in identifying and driving up-sell services opportunities, as well as additional product opportunities.
Participates in proactive campaigns focused on driving customers to new offers.
Develops, reviews and prepares customer executable contract standards and understand specifics necessary contractual requirements.
Enables sales teams to position microsoft solutions to their client base by teaching acquisition, program knowledge, services offerings, leveraging funding programs and how to provide up-sell opportunities.
Engages with microsoft partner field sales and licensing representatives
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization`s values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of logicalis to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/experience//technical requirements/certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience / technical requirements
Microsoft certified licensing experience, skilled with managing contract vehicles such as csp for azure and modern workplace subscriptionsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets2 years of current experience selling microsoft software solutions; primarily via microsoft partner csp.successful in developing strong customer and partner relationshipsOutstanding licensing, negotiation and closing skillsProven customer facing abilityProficient use of microsoft office productivity applications; able to manipulate large, complex excel spreadsheets and create customer presentations.
Certifications
Current microsoft specific sales certifications.
