Salary – 18.5K in hand + Variable Pay

Job Details

• Be the single point of contact from the Company for a distributor
• Managing and Driving the Sales volumes and billing of a distributor in a town
• Manage and grow both the Primary and Secondary Volumes at a distributor by intensive on-field marketing at retailers.
• Conduct Contractor-Mason activities at Tile Shops, Cement Stores and Hardware Store.
• Handling and expanding the customer set of distributors.
• Ensuring Payment and collection efficiency from a distributor.
