Designation: Admission Coordinator
Job Nature: Full-time|Work from home
Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
*Please note that if your daily tasks are not met you will have to work after the work hours and also whenever new inbound leads come, acknowledge them and schedule calls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Strict adherence to check in time
– In-charge of official number and WhatsApp window
– Handle incoming calls and chats
– Assigning leads to Admission Executive (from all sources)
– Student Databese sheet management
– Pending payment sheet updation
– App related tasks (Technical)
– Social media handling (Instagram & Facebook)
– University admission,
registration and re-registration tasks
– Close collaboration with Admission Executives, Academic Counselors, Academic Mentors, Pending Payment Executives and Marketing team
– Other additional tasks related to admissions and coordination
Requirements:
– Personal laptop and strong internet connection
– Smartphone (business WhatsApp, google calendar, product app and CRM app)
– Vi/Airtel/Jio strong network signal (company shall provide the sim card)
– Proficient in working with google sheets/docs and other communication channels
– Excellent communication skills and team player
Remuneration:
First two months constitute the probation period, and the salary supplied will be Rs. 10,000/- per month. Upon successful completion of probation, salary will be upgraded to Rs. 12,000/- per month.
