Scope of Work:
PRIMARY
Completion of contract/project within cost and time estimate including initiating order amendment/revision etc. during execution
Attending Techno-commercial discussions and progress meeting with clients and consultants for order/contract under execution
Monitor and control project related major activities related to orders received from clients
Selection & finalisation of technology supplier/ detail engineering consultant
Selection and ordering of Bought Out Components (BOC) supplier
Techno-commercial Negotiations and finalisation for Raw material and other labour sub vendors, site erection packages and follow up execution of these packages
Direct, Monitor, control and ensure co-ordination of resources for timely Completion of projects/orders
Ensure effective utilization of assets and resources for adding value to the project
FUNCTIONAL
Co-ordination with clients and internal set up for effective execution of job related to project/contract technical and commercial aspects
Co-ordination to issue drawings / specification / indent and ordering
Liaison with Third party and Govt. agencies for obtaining necessary approvals
Arranging Kick off meeting with Manufacturing units, Major BOC suppliers and Site contractors
Leading a Team of Experienced Engineers for ensuring timely preparation of Technical as well as commercial aspects for various contract/PO received for execution and operation
KEY RESULT AREAS
Preparation and issuing specification/Indent for Raw materials, Bought Out Components and equipment
Preparation, issues and Negotiations on orders and work orders, packages for shop job and site work of project/contract
