Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Medical Transcriptionists and Medical Data Entry Specialists, secretary, fax, text,email, USPS mail sorting and management, personals to join our back-end office team in Kochi, Kerala. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing transcription services and performing accurate medical data entry for our diverse healthcare entities.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Medical Data Entry Specialist, administrative assistant.
– Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and vocabulary skills.

– Advanced computer knowledge and proficiency in using transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
– Strong data analysis skills to interpret and verify medical information accurately.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills to address transcription challenges or data entry issues effectively.
– Leadership skills to take ownership of tasks, provide guidance to team members, and resolve conflicts if required.
– Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adhere to deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.

Salary and Benefits:

– Starting salary: 25,000 INR per month.
– Salary increase after 6 months based on performance and value.

– Opportunity to work as an independent contractor for Lantern Enterprise Inc., a reputable USA company in the healthcare industry.
– Flexible work arrangement: initial 3 months from the Kochi office, followed by remote work from home depending on the performance
– Extensive training provided during the initial period.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree Nursing, Business management or Administrative work
– In-depth knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance regulations
– Strong understanding of database design, Google Cloud, and computer networking
– Excellent English communication skills, copy writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
