We are looking for an HR Manager / Assistant Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Manager / Assistant responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POST
Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
