KPMG Looking for Associate, Audit PMO Center of Excellence at India Full Time

Kpmg is currently seeking an associate to join our learning and development organization.

Responsibilities:

Work with leaders, project team members and stakeholders to develop and produce learning curriculums for audit professionals
Coordinate and track project issues, risks and changes in collaboration with lead project managers and project teams
Assist with the requirements gathering process, evaluate and coordinate status of scope, schedule, budget and deliverables in collaboration with the project team
Independently manage small and less complex projects guiding stakeholders/subject matter professionals on necessary timing and tasks
Assist in the maintenance of technology and systems such as clarizen, ms teams, ms sharepoint and other technologies as they relate to the audit program management office (pmo)

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent project support experience
Bachelor`s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Demonstrate great organizational, planning and time management skills; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual corporate environment
Proficient in technology tools (e.gWord, powerpoint, excel, outlook) microsoft project/clarizen a strong plus; capm or pmp certification already earned or in progress
Possess general understanding of learning and development, instructional design and adult learning theory, be comfortable building strong, professional relationships with internal clients, external vendors and project teams
Must be confident and be knowledgeable of project management principles; required travel 10% or less yearly
