Job Role: · Scrutiny of documents · Completion of document verification as per agreed TAT · Ensuring approvals are taken as per delegation matrix. · Maintenance of customer masters in the CMS system. · Liaising with Product sales managers / Service solution group for resolution and improvement of First Pass Ratio. · Timely completion of client setup and sending welcome letters to the corporates/Sales team · Coordination with other stakeholders like CMS Servicing/Payments, PSM, RM, LCC,BSG,IT etc · Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and should be good in analytics · Assisting PSM/Branch/Client for prompt closure of issues.
Should always be ready to accept new challenges and carry a positive attitude Job Requirements: · Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of Banking experience · Knowledge of banking operations (Basic knowledge of CMS would be preferred) · Understanding of New age Digital products · Should be familiar with banking systems like Finacle,Dotnet,Cashin etc. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment · Should have eye for detail & be meticulous · Strong communication (Oral and Written) & Networking Skills · Should be a team player and self-motivated
