Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an Ecommerce Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between Kleanify and our ecommerce clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, executing yourself or coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned ecommerce clients.
– Conduct regular meetings to understand client goals, requirements, and expectations.
– Effectively communicate Kleanify’s services and solutions to clients.
Project Coordination:
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of email marketing campaigns.
– Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client deadlines.
– Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
Client Satisfaction:
– Proactively identify and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
– Work closely with the client to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.
Email Marketing Expertise:
– Develop a deep understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices.
– Stay updated on industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance client campaigns.
– Collaborate with the team to optimize email marketing strategies for clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
– Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance.
– Analyze key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in client relations, project management, or a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with email marketing principles and strategies.
– Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
