Job description summary: a/r accountant is responsible for verifying customers` a/r payments and validating chargebacks thru substantiation of back-up documents, contracts and/or communication with internal teams as well as customers` a/pInvalid chargebacks are to be claimed while a/r accountant clears valid ones in sap system by issuing cmA/r accountant is also to analyze/investigate each customer’s performance report and chargebacks in order to improve the company’s net income by closely working with internal operational/administrative teams as well as outside professionalsJob description: responsibilities:

Validating chargebacks on a/r payments while processing the payments and managing customers` a/r
Clearing chargebacks in sap system by issuing a credit/debit memo
Working with internal teams and managing outside professionals in order to minimize chargebacks
Preparing annual budget of each customer’s performance report and analyzing actual performances

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / associate’s degree in business fields preferred, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, good at document reviews
Ms excel skills
