The sap plant maintenance & reliability analyst (sap pm) for project aurora will bring subject matter expertise and utilize experience along with best practice knowledge to the aurora plant maintenance teamThis position will assist in the support and will help to develop a long-term strategy for sap pm configuration and business processes that will maximize utilization and usabilityThe scope of the position includes expanding sap pm to all global plants and migrating current sap pm applications to the global standard while providing governance to control changes to the standardThe role works closely with the plant maintenance global process lead, regional and central reliability teams to ensure the data from sap pm can/is used in analytical analysis to drive business resultsInfluential communication and the ability to strategically navigate at multiple levels of a diverse global organization are important in this roleKey stakeholders include, but not limited to, senior leadership, its, engineering, and region/mill teams.
Your key responsibilities include:
Provide thought leadership for the vision for sap pm based on business objectives and manages changes to the vision to keep it in line with business goals.
Leads fut and functional design processes
Creates, builds alignment, and executes the implementation plan for sap plant maintenance and the associated business processes at global manufacturing sites.
Transition current sap pm applications to the global standard
A thought leader on sap pm configuration and will recommend configuration changes needed to meet changing business needs.
Ensures adherence to the sap pm configuration standard and business processes
Inputs to the development of training for frontline and power users of the sap pm system
Works closely with the it team to resolve incident reports involving sap pm.
Works with the digital manufacturing team to ensure that sap pm data connects to mes data to provide maximum value from analytics.
Contributes to other supply chain strategies as needed to advance the organization
About you

You also possess:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, r&e, finance, its or related field from an accredited college or university
5+ years of relevant professional experience with 3+ years’ experience in an equipment design/maintenance role or sap pm design/implementation role.
Experience with sap ecc and sap pm master data concepts.
Demonstrated ability to lead the execution of global, regional, or functional strategic initiative.
High interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and lead a diverse group of team members
Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic and developing business environment
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
Preferred qualifications
Experience integrating sap pm data with mes data
Experience with sap s4 hana
Experience with sap im, wm, mm and fts
Experience with bw reporting
