JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic People function Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind aligning HR strategies with our business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the effective implementation of company-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic vision and hands-on HR experience. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership to ensure that our HR practices are tightly integrated with our overarching company strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement People function strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge leadership and employee relations by addressing requests & grievances
3. Manage Talent Acquisition process at Pixelpay Media Pvt.
Ltd.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of talent at Pixelpay Media Pvt. Ltd.
5. Nurture a positive working environment in the organization
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Design and maintain compensation and benefits programs for employees
8. Assess the training needs of employees and implementation of training programs
9. Ensure legal compliance through People function management
10. Implementing strategies for strong employer branding
11. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
3.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
6. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
7. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
9. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management system
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. A minimum of three (3) years of Human Resource Management experience preferably in the media industry.
2. Knowledge and experience in employment law,
compensation and benefits, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
