Responsibilities
Server Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Pushing patches (both windows and security)
Network Administration
Administer routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network and health checks
Troubleshoot Lan, WAN and WiFi issues.
Security And Compliance
Monitor security alerts from Firewall, O365 and other security policies.
Execute security policies/measures.
User Support
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, VoIP and network issues.
Resolve help desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
Prompt support on Email and Chat
Backup And Recovery
Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity.
Test and validate backup and disaster recovery processes.
Software And Application Management
Install, update, and configure software applications as needed.
Ensure licensing compliance for all software.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for hardware fix and software requirement.
Collaboration And Communication Tools
Administer communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email, messaging).
Support end-users in utilizing collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in IT administration roles.
Proficiency in server and network administration.
Good in O365 administration.
Good troubleshooting skill of networks, firewall and WiFI
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working experience on Network monitoring tools
Working experience in ticketing tools.
Experience with firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet/Sonicwall)
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Azure Administrator, CCNA) are a plus.
