Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager at our Bengaluru office. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, managing the IT staff, ensuring the security of information systems, and coordinating IT activities with other departments. The Information Technology Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, upgrading hardware and software, and managing IT budgets.

Qualifications

• IT management experience, including managing a team and overseeing IT operations
• Experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of information security best practices and experience managing security systems
• Experience managing IT budgets and making strategic IT investments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or CISSP are a plus
• Experience working in the digital marketing, consultancy, or real-estate industries is a plus
