Roles and Responsibilities:
– Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to client requirements.
– Conduct Audits (open to travel to branches)
– Meeting hiring targets, salary budgets, cost per hire and SLAs as per the defined plan
– Develops sourcing plans through given job portals and job boards
– Conducts interviews, coordinates with line interviewers & practice negotiation
– Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets
– Locations: Mumbai. (WFO)
**Salary**:
₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
