Job Description :
– Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks
– Scheduling and sending bulk SMS and messages Skills
– Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms
– Excellent Customer Service skills and Computer Software proficiency
– Strong Verbal and written communication skills
– Responding to enquiries or any mentions over social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Google my Business and engage with the social media users.
