What you’ll be doing: jumpcloud is looking for a talented backend engineer to be an embedded member within our integrations team with a focus in integrating various third-party applicationsThe team’s mission is to build product integrations with third-party partners to deliver value to our customersYou’ll be focused on building and modifying backend services required to facilitate integrations with our partners.

We’re looking for…

4+ years of industry/production programming experience.
Skilled in backend service development using golang and nodejs preferably.
Experience in database development, including relational and non-relational databases.
Experience or willingness to learn test automation development, including unit tests and bdd automated acceptance testsPython knowledge is a plus.
Ability and willingness to mentor others to become more effective software engineers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to be productive in a collaborative cross-functional team using agile/scrum.

Bonus if you have the following:

Experience integrating third-party products.
Experience developing large-scale web applications, saas applications in the cloud (aws a plus) or large, distributed systems.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in comp sci, or equivalent training / experience.

In accordance with the colorado equal pay for equal work act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $115,000-$155,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissionsJumpcloud provides a comprehensive benefits package, with several medical plans to choose from including a high deductible hsa plan with employer contribution, two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending account (fsa), employee assistance program (eap), short- and long-term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan with matchWe have an unlimited vacation policy#li-pd1

For us roles: all roles posted in united states locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 u.sStatesOur headquarters is in the denver/boulder, co area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the u.sIf you would like to spend time in the office in denver/boulder area, you are welcome do that as well.
