Job DescriptionSales Manager Wireless/Wired: JRS Global Networks is seeking for an ambitious, confident, and tenaciousSales Manager Wirelessto be responsible for achieving partner sales and partner recruitment objectives in India. The candidate must be entrepreneurial minded, has a go-getter attitude and possesses a strong business acumen. Energetic and proactive, the CSM must be able to combine various Wired and Wireless sales and business development strategies to develop market shares and win key accounts with the local channel partners. Job Responsibilities: Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Analyze market trends & develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales & identify new business opportunities. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partners sales resources. Build, maintain and manage relationships with current and prospective channel accounts. Coordinate the involvement of JRS personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer performance objectives and partners expectations. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel accounts. Identify demand generation and build pipeline across your territory of focus. Ability to execute high level technical discussion and demo of the solution. Maintain timely and accurate account documentation in Salesforce and to the management Building strong relationship with OEMs community. Required Candidate profile: 2-5 years selling Wired and Wireless product/solution of OEM like Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, HP, Ruckus / CommScope etc through channel networks. Ideal candidate should be from Distribution background. Experience of selling Wired, Wireless product and solution in Tier 2 partners into Enterprise domain. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers. Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused to on goals and objectives and achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals. Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding quotas Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities. Must be able to communicate effectively (spoken and written) in English.
