CTC – 6.50 LPA + Incentives

Shifts 24*7

Location – Bangalore 

Responsible For :-

1 B2B and B2C commercial line of support.
Troubleshooting of Server operating system environment, Server deployment/redeployment, Patching, configuration, recovery. Sound
Knowledge of MiServer Operating systems, DNS, DHCP, and AD.
2. Hardware Identification and Troubleshooting.
3. Operating System Installation, Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
4. Application Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
5. Internet and Networking.
6. Protection Software Usage, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
7. Basic Knowledge on GPO, FSMO, Mailflow, Roles, AutoDiscover, Database
