3-6 years of analytics experience in advanced analytics
Must have hands-on experience with data management and statistical modelling
Must have acquired domain knowledge in at least 1 industry
Proficient in r /sas, sql, bayesialab, tableau, ms excel, powerpoint etc.
Proficient in analytical techniques
Ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each opportunity
Excellent time management skills
Willingness to travel on short assignments on short notice

Role based skills
Adherence to the crisp-dm/tdsp
Hands-on experience in using tensorflow/pytorch/keras/h20.ai etc
Hand-on experience working with source code repository systems such as github, bitbucket and gitlab
Provide though leadership for solving business problems using data science/ai/ml
Lead/mentor a team of interns and help them with technical inputs
Participate in solutioning delivering advanced analytics projects
Participate in building advanced analytics based accelerators
Exposure to software engineering and quality processes
Expsoure to devops/mlops
