Job Title: Associate Executive / Executive

Job Role: Individual Contributor

Job Summary:

Liaising with Project Managers & Client Service teams to design/script interactive surveys and conduct data processing for international business

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Designing interactive surveys/process data and reports which involve scripting the survey, customizing & validating responses using various platforms

· Own the responsibility of projects being delivered on time, error free and of highest quality

· Test programmed surveys/data tables to ensure it meets specifications of questionnaires provided by Project Managers

· Acts as a trouble-shooter and problem solver throughout life cycle of project

Qualification:

· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Technology

· Bachelor of Computer Applications / master’s in computer applications

· Graduation from any stream with any programming language certifications (C, C++, Java Script, Python, HTML, CSS, SQL etc)

Skills:

· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while achieving quality and productivity standards

· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, coordinating a variety of tasks to bring projects to completion

· Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously

· Detail oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills

· Team player as well as hands-on individual contributor

· Excellent command in English, both verbal & written

· Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.

· Motivated by improving and maintaining a culture of innovation and a continued desire for skill building and sharing

· Intermediate Excel knowledge/ability a plus (for quicker and more accurate programming)
