ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Handling Travel and Accommodation for the team.
Managing the calendar and other administrative responsibilities (expenses, travel, etc) for the Senior Director.
Exercise’s judgment in responding to non-routine correspondence and at times might have to deal with confidential information. Deals with internal, external stakeholders, callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, including liaising with other Admin teams in group companies.
Managing training & development programs, including travel & accommodation for the training (if applicable) and researching for potential trainers and ensuring their vendor set-up process is managed once the trainers are on-boarded
Assisting with formatting of audit deliverables, managing audit trackers, audit KPI’s and managing documentation on the Internal Audit shared drive.
Flexible in terms of timings in working with the audit team
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin & EA role
An impeccable command over written and spoken English.
Have the ability to handle objection and problems presented by employees and convert them into solutions.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask, identify issues and prioritize to deadlines.
Be organized and methodical and must possess the ability to manage high pressure situations.
The desire to learn and constantly engage in self- development is a must.
Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
