The national accounts manager is responsible for procuring, maintaining, and growing inogen business with the largest national and regional b2b customersThis position will identify appropriate strategic accounts and develop relationships with executives and key decision makers resulting in sales and wider distribution of inogen poc’s among domestic oxygen users.
Responsibilities (specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
Identify key decision makers at the largest oxygen suppliers in the usa.
Win business with these accounts resulting in inogen being named as the key poc supplier.
Create and implement strategies and tactics resulting in successful growth.
Assist in creating the specific sales plans and goals for each account that is assigned.
Responsible for driving business results year over year in the development of new strategic accounts.
Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers.
Provide regular analytics to senior management regarding team and individual b2b metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.
Hire and train personnel, utilizing an interactive new hire training approach.
Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic competent sales team and to increase productivity and efficiencies.
Assist senior management with business planning, forecasting, resource allocation, etc.
Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments, and teams to develop and execute successful strategies.
Leverage functional expertise to identify and execute on new opportunities for inogen to expand its patient census under its oxygen services program.
Responsible for proper communication with inogen field sales/services activities and senior management.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Willingness to travel (up to 75%).
Qualifications (experience and education)
Bachelor’s degree in business, english, communications, or related field of study, required.
7 years’ experience in business/sales leadership in position with increased responsibly, required; including 2-3 experience managing large accounts in the dme space
2 years management experience, with a minimum of five direct reports.
Advanced knowledge/proficiency in microsoft office, required.
Intermediate knowledge/experience with crm software, required.
A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
