Business Development Manager (FOR IFCCI’s CLIENT)
Location – Mumbai
Company Profile – For IFCCI’s client – A French company providing worldwide relocation solutions.
Line Manager – Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
•Maintain and actively grow the existing client portfolio.
•Contribute to the formulation, implementation, delivery and measurement of the Branch Business Development and Sales Strategy to maximise the company’s penetration of target accounts.
•Define and implement business development activities related to your assigned scope.
•Continuously identify and follow-up on new business opportunities and cross-selling for the branch
•Participate in responses to RFI/RFP opportunities.
•Keep up to date with industry and competitor developments and trends.
•Represent the company at various business development events.
•Provide business leads to other divisions within the company to facilitate client revenue growth.
Client and Account Management:
•Conduct pre-move surveys and propose tailor-made solutions to clients, increasing services cross-selling opportunities.
•Manage client contracts from start to finish, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
•Plan and structure the management of client handover to account management.
•Participate to Corporate Account Performance Reviews in conjunction with the account manager.
Business Administration:
•Ensure that the CRM program is utilised, updated and enriched.
•Effectively and profitably manage all resources under your control.
•Effectively communicate with functional/departmental colleagues to ensure a full understanding of operation requirements is achieved and maintained.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any field
• Previous experience (between 3 – 4 years) in the international Service Delivery sector (specific removals/relocation industry experience preferred)
• Managing a portfolio of clients and business development, both nationally and internationally
• Working in a highly competitive and pressurised environment
• Experience with and willingness to work irregular hours.
• Computer literacy, specifically with CRM software.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in French will be an added advantage.
• Uncompromising dedication to absolute client satisfaction
• A business development, hands-on, tenacious, and perseverant mindset
• Introducing and maintaining corporate and private business
• Well-developed relational skills
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, being able to effectively present the company’s services.
• Effective prioritisation of workload
