Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Job Location: Bangalore Must be willing to travel Day shift 6 days working Job details: 1. Ensure infusions basis the pre- defined touch points (set process). 2. Process SOP adherence. 3. Ensure execution of PSP in their respective territory as per NP4 approved process flow. 4. Refresher Trainings/TNI: Undergo Conduct timely trainings based on the set process. 5. Build Knowledge Resources (Audio Visual Practices). Counsel patients for improved health related outcomes at home visits, hospital OPDs and doctor visit through lifestyle management & exercises. 6. Ensure execution of PSP in their respective territory as per NP4 approved process flow. 7. Report adverse event/ market complaints as per the SOP. Should be able to empathize with patients. 8. Ensure patient data entry in CRM tool with required details to be filled as per brand requirement. 9. Should be able to empathize with patients. 10. Handle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs when applicable. Analyzing Training Needs. 11. New Employee Performance Analysis- Measurement & Certification. 12. Regularly meet HCPs and address their queries related to heart failure Nursing Care. 13. Align with the HO training team on the TNI of team members and ensure team members get adequate training required to perform as per expectation. 14. Deliberate on job training during joint field work. 15. Ensure quality of team members with respect to soft skills, medical knowledge, process knowledge is as per client expectations. 16. Conduct local level audits as a quality check on documentation and data entry of the team members.
