Job Description:
Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.
Oversight of day-to-day operations.
Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Responsible to maintain/update the stock of all company assets via email reports & stock register.
Provide support to the employees.
Responsible to take care of housekeeping and security staff.
Responsible to take care of employees’ medical insurance.
Responsible to follow up with the vendors for any new requirements.
Need to take care of timely deposit of company cheques to banks.
Must be familiar with banking related work.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of computers (especially MS Word and Excel).
Good in English communication (verbal & written).
Good team player along with an attitude to provide better services to the employees.
