Evercommerce is looking for a billing analyst eager to join a high-growth technology companyAs a billing analyst, your main responsibilities will be in billing and collections within our revenue accounting groupThis is a great opportunity to join a talented group of accounting professionals and broaden your knowledge and expertise.

Where:
The evercommerce team is distributed across north america, with more than 40 office locations in the u.sAnd canadaWith a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zonesThis role can be based anywhere in the united states – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

Manage small to medium customer accounts and process billings for several companies in various billing systems
Manage collection efforts and work closely with customers on a daily basis
Review billings for errors, working with accounting and operations teams to correct
Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues
Maintain accounts receivable records
Assist with special projects

Desired skills & experience

2-5 years of billing experience
Intermediate excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to work with high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Target compensation for this role is $50k-$60k
