Job Description

Lead IT support activities and manage team of IT professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

• Oversee the resolution of IT-related issues and incidents.
• Work with the IT support team to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize future issues.
• Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Provide technical expertise and support to the IT team.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s data and IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Assist in the development of the IT budget.
• Monitor and control IT expenditures to ensure they align with the budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT spending.
• Identify the training needs of the IT team.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT staff.
• Encourage professional development and certifications for team members.
• Communicate IT strategies, policies, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Report to upper management on the performance and status of IT initiatives.
