website traffic and social media engagementTrack email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates); Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking dataRecommend website and campaign optimizations; Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisitionResponsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests,

communicate results and provide recommendations.Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required.Planning and managing recruitment marketing strategies.Identifying the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates.

Qualifications8+ years of total experience with corporate communications and/or marketing communications.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.Proven content writing and content strategy experience; Working knowledge of content and campaign management systems.2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred reporting in Excel/Access and SQLExperience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platformsIn-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practicesThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Excellent creative thinking and communication skills.About IGT:
