Job Purpose:
The role entails responsibility for acquiring corporate salary accounts from the target segment along with cross-selling of bank products. The role bearer is responsible for cross-selling bank products to existing set of corporate salary account customers which are mapped. This role coordinates with other functions to provide seamless access to other products contributing to larger organizational goals for Branch banking channel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products – enhancement of customer value
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Penetration of group/ family account of the existing mapped base.
Tracks customer complaints/ queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporates
Assist RM in assessing and evaluating the client needs to generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities
Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class service
Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives

Experience:
4+ years of relevant branch banking experience
