You will be responsible for life insurance business through digital channels of bancassurance partnersYou will be managing business, product offering, purchase journeys and marketing strategy for digital life insurance offers for bank partners. Past experience of 5+ years in managing digital business, preferably in a partner engaging role Ability to define right metrics, use data analytics and conduct qualitative research to understand customer demand, purchase behavior and overall experience to design future strategies Develop, plan and execute digital campaigns and marketing strategies to drive traffic Strong customer first approach and experience with ui/ux best practices Experience in engaging with cross functional teams, including technology teams to clearly articulate deliverables and priorities Demonstrated proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performance teams
