Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Goregaon. The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing issues related to desktop computers and peripherals, troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, and providing printer support. Additionally, the Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring computer systems, installations and configurations, and upgrading software and hardware.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware maintenance skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Printer support experience
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field is preferred
• Certification in CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is preferred
• Experience in system integration, network maintenance, and cyber security is a plus
