Job Description –
a) Identifying key contacts for future clients (social media etc) and initiating 1st contact with them. Share about Muvtons, Value add etc and generate interest. (thereafter pass on the lead to concerned sales person)
b) Lead Market study, assessing scope and opportunity (say Medical Castors or Textile or a geography) and share it with Directors/ Sales
c) Collate, analyse and generate POV or insights for clients highlighting the benefits of using Muvtons productions. Update existing body of data and keep sales up updates with critical “talking points”.
d) Manage and timely regular communication and contact with Key Accounts – sharing new products, benefits, impact.
e) assign a specific Industry segment – say textiles which needs to be developed and enhanced. lead the effort to develop early leads, sense opportunities, identify the right people to reach out to, map the typical needs of clients in the industry segment and rope in the Sales team to support.
f) redefine the customer support piece (interface between Sales and Operation; Sales and Client)
Generate new leads, create sales pipeline and following with the closure.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-8 yrs of experience in Inside Sales/Demand Generation/lead generation in B2B
