Job Description
Maintain essential IT operations, including operatingsystems, security tools, applications, servers, emailsystems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware solving all the problems of the users related to theSystemsof Desktop / Laptop.
A hands-on tech support candidate with experience in IT Helpdesk, firewall, networking, onboarding, offboarding, Desktop/ Workstation/ Laptop, troubleshooting hardware software issues mostly in windows OS MAC OS.
Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, General Networking, and CENTOS/Ubuntu Linux ServerAdministration.
Manage maintain IT tasks and routine duties of asystemsadministration.
Track and maintain hardware inventory and software license inventory, Analyse department IT needs, identify gaps/ vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions,
Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of network capabilities.
Educate employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, provide technical support when needed, and maintain data backups.
Daily monitoring of Servers, Domain Controllers, Application Servers, and Database Server. Maintaining Organizational units, Groups user accounts in Active Directory.
Scheduling backup of the All Servers Database and respective shared folders.
Ensure smooth functioning of the Internet, Firewall, Networking, CCTV, EPBAX etc. coordinate with Internet Service Provider for issue related to PRI, Lease Line Broadband.

Eagerness to learn in diverse areas.
Ability to work independently to produce desired results.
Microsoft Office application experience (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong knowledge of Windows operatingsystems, equipment, technology, and other performance-monitoring tools.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
