Job Title: Operations Executive – Business Centres (2+ Years of Experience)
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our business centre team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the co-working or serviced office industry. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business centre, managing facilities, client services, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:
– Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the business centre’s facilities and common areas.
– Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests,
and vendor services as needed.
– Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for clients.
Client Services:
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Assist with client onboarding and move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition.
– Foster positive client relationships and proactively anticipate their needs.
Space Utilization:
– Manage office space allocation and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
– Coordinate office moves and set up workspaces for new clients.
Administrative Support:
– Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and invoices for clients.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and agreements.
– Handle billing and collection of payments.
Event Coordination:
– Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance the business centre’s community and engagement.
– Collaborate with marketing and client relations teams to promote events and activities.
Health and Safety Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency protocols.
– Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within business centres, co-working spaces, or hospitality.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in using office software and facility management tools.
– Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
– Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional environment.
– Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work occasional evenings or weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
