To provide support, supervise and maintain the employees master data in SAP-HR, Establishment & Workers Appraisal system in order to keep employees data upto date & correct.
Key Responsibilities
To check the employees data in SAP-HR to ensure the correct master data of employees.
To increase the wages of workers as and when required to ensure the timely updatation of wages..
To coordinate & support the employees in PACE process to enable them to complete the process in time.
To provide MIS pertaining to employees as and when required by the management to fulfil their requirement.
