Job Title: Arabic Typist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Arabic Typist to assist in the transcription and typing of documents, correspondence, and other materials in the Arabic language for our operations in Middle East Countries. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Arabic language and be proficient in typing, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy in written content.
Responsibilities:
· Arabic Typing:
Type, transcribe, and edit a wide range of documents, including reports, letters, and manuscripts in Arabic.
Ensure accurate and error-free typing and transcription.
· Document Formatting:
Format documents to maintain consistency and readability.
Organize and structure content for clarity and professional presentation.
· Data Entry:
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other digital platforms as required.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.
· Proofreading:
Review typed content for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Correct and edit text as needed to enhance accuracy and readability.
· File Management:
Organize and maintain records of typed and transcribed documents.
Ensure files are appropriately labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
· Translation Support:
Assist with translation of documents from Arabic to other languages or vice versa as needed.
· Time Management:
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks as per instructions.
· Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
· Requirements:
Strong proficiency in the Arabic language, including excellent Arabic typing skills.
Previous experience in a typing, data entry,
or transcription role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proficiency in using Arabic typing software and keyboard layouts.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Good command of the English language is an advantage.
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Working hours-8hrs
Salary-Upon Interview and considering with present package
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹24,780.00 – ₹25,876.00 per month
