Job Description
- Accountability Objectives Planning Present One View of all key metrics of Overall OCC Outbound, Inbound, DT (insurance) and FSE channels.
- To plan and execute channel strategy to achieve Overall Revenue, Profit and Growth targets.
- Monitoring & Reporting Reporting on Overall Channel Objectives in terms of Income Delivery Plan and multi-product commitment vs achievement on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure targets given at absolute level are regularly tracked and met at overall OCC level.
- To build continuous feedback loops to all channels to improve business and conversions.
- To track the contact reports per day in detail and deviations highlighted to channel and BH.
- Important deviations to be raised to channel and BH.
- Highlight regular trends and updates at a Business, location, RSM/SM level to the BH at an overall level of OCC Outbound, Inbound, DT (insurance) and FSE channels.
- Monitoring key service deliverables implemented by the channels for relationship management of managed customers Co-Ordination To work with all the channels and product team to bring synergy in the process and to bring input and feedback mechanism to drive business objectives.
- Create a platform between the Line Teams & Channel Partners to periodically review the overall business trajectory, targets and achievements, disposition management and implement the Business strategies.
- Co-ordination with products and Fincon BIU for data batter, to assist providing regular update to all the channels with trends, gap analysis and recommendations for business improvements from an overall OCC perspective and goals.
- Bridge with respective product teams for data submit, biz reports vs KO metrics to GH/BH Productivity and Benchmarks Define the workstation productivity at an overall OCC level.
- To track the calling and output related data to set benchmarks for conversion ratios and have the performances updated regularly to BH.
- Engage the TSE, Sales Manager and the supervisor to review the productivity and course correction.
- Analysis Analyze all business reports / MIS and drive product penetration along with the respective vertical heads and have constant feedback given to Business Head.
- Bridge the gap between the Goal and the existing status by enabling the front end with regular insights & triggers from BH Office.
- Process Management Ensuring all the processes designed and implemented by the channels are followed without deviation.
- Tracking the processes through reports and interaction with the constituents Channel members and line teams and update of the same given to BH.
- Identify Process Improvements and plug the existing gaps at an overall OCC level.
- Channel Cost analysis Analyze and share overall cost, Income reports released by fincon every month to BH.
- Track CTI trends for suitable course correction /variance if required from an overall OCC perspective.
