- 1) PAT ( Pre Acceptance Test) & UAT SLI Product a) Doing PAT testing in vendors premises with end to end testing from Sourcing, Approval, Disbursement & onboarding in FinnOne System.
- i.
- Doing UAT for below Processes in SLI ii.
- Group CASA Account Opening iii.
- Validating Terms & conditions as per system data iv.
- Insurance Computation v.
- Disbursement Process vi.
- Loan onboarding Process vii.
- Master Maintenance viii.
- PSL updation b) Ensure all scenarios are covered in the UAT.
- c) Coordinating with BTG for issue resolution by recording issues in system & do vigorous follow up for resolution.
- d) Train Branch & CPU data entry staff in UAT.
- e) Resolving branch & CPU queries post implementation.
- 2) Design of System flow in NEO a) Actively participating in discussions on during Design discussions for below Products i.
- Secured Loans (Auto, TW, CTG, ,GL) ii.
- Unsecured Loans (PL, BL, SLI, Education Loans) iii.
- FinnOne Loan Servicing.
- iv.
- Loan against Securities.
- v.
- Collections vi.
- Master Maintenance vii.

- Loan Disbursement, Validating Loan Terms & Conditions with system details, Scanning & Indexing of Post sanctioned documents.

- Repayment Management, EMI banking, EMI clearance status updation, Interface with NPCI v.
- Foreclosure , NOC Issuance, NOC Blocking vi.

- Customer Service ix.
- Load Testing in FinnOne System to handle scalability.

- Collections related Processes c) Vigorously Coordinating with BTG, vendor for resolution of open issues d) Training branch & CPU data entry staff.

- 4) Digital Initiatives a) Involve in testing of Digital disbursements for below Products.
