Exp required: 1 to 3+ years
Speaking Language: Hindi / English Must.
– Strong Communication Skills, Inter personnel skills and Networking Skills.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanour.
– Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
– Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
– Schedule meetings / appointments, manage meeting/training rooms and travel itineraries.
– Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
– Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
– Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Skill Required: –
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
– Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
– Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Behavioral skills:
– Good team player and Aligned to organizational rules and policies.
– Good Communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
