Are you energized by a packaging operations role that allows you to enhance your leadership skills in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment? If so, this Packaging Operations Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As a Packaging Operations Staff, you will adjust employee headcount for planned work load and provide direction to employees for daily activities. You will be responsible ensure from a batch documentation perspective that packaging/sorting is correctly executed.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Coordinate teams for internal sorting activity at site, coordinating complimentary workers if necessary
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance and productivity standards
Responsible for process management, management of file review, and sorting transactions
Responsible for oversight for Quality and Performance
Enforce work procedures and instructions (Standard Operating Procedures and instructions) in the working environment
Detect faults and notify appropriate stakeholders for analysis
Follow the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production and communicate results to internal customers

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
High School diploma
3 years of supervisory experience coordinating workload and activities
Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Associate degree
Ability to understand sorting activity processes and ensure execution according to GMP standards
Effective verbal and written communication skills
