– Preparation, Planning and Scheduling of Audit Plans
– Coordinate and conduct the IMS Audits as per latest ISO Standards
– Preparation of Audit Reports and Nonconformity reports
– Coordinate and ensure completion of Internal / External Audits as per annual plans.
– Review of Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Corrective Actions
– Closure of Nonconformities / Audit Findings
– Preparation of Charts, Graphical presentations MIS on Audit Findings
– Preparation of IMS Training Modules
– Facilitate and conduct GIMS Implementation Trainings
– Evaluation of Plants and Projects in terms of IMS Implementation
– Visiting the Plants and Projects at scheduled intervals for IMS audits / trainings / implementation tasks
