Requirements:

**be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check**
*insurance or business to business sales experience preferred*
Current active life & health insurance license or currently life only insurance licensed (preferred)
Or willingness to obtain your resident state life and health insurance licenses (incentives available for qualifying candidates obtaining a life and health license.)
Home office computer set up including webcam for virtual meetings & training
Ability to work independently & on a team

Job description:

Setting appointments with clients who expressed interest through our lead system in protecting their families with one of our top-rated insurance programs(no cold-calling, door-knocking, or chasing off everyone in your contact list).
We meet with our clients through online video conferencing services, over the phone, or in-person if the agent chooses to do so.
Pre-qualifying and completing the initial application and underwriting for the selected insurance programs, products, and or services.
Follow through and follow up until policies are placed in force and families are protected
Continue to provide exceptional customer service to clients to uncover potential cross-sell and referral opportunities
*hire & train other agents to increase distribution and revenue if desired to build a team.
