Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to join our team. The HRBP Lead will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR Business Partners, while also serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Leadership:
Lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive HR initiatives and programs.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies,

and practices that align with business goals and support organizational growth and development.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that address current and future business needs.
2. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Provide expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3.Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning:
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Lead efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workforce through proactive recruitment and talent development initiatives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure continuity of key roles and talent pipeline development.
4.Change Management and Organizational Development:
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and culture transformation.
Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness, collaboration, and performance.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to navigate change and build resilience in times of transition.
5.HR Analytics and Reporting:
Oversee the collection and analysis of HR data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

Develop and present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to drive data-driven insights and recommendations.
Utilize HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR programs and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
