Your impact

The goldman sachs credit card business is seeking a product manager who is passionate about delivering world class experiences, and who thrives on solving problems with multiple constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional partnersYou will be an owner of the apple card business goals for your product domain, focused on new feature development, existing product enhancements as well as identifying and driving relevant growth initiativesYou will be responsible for the end-to-end development cycle from requirements analysis, design, testing, maintenance and user acceptance testing of these financial applicationsYou will uncover and share insights and opportunities on prospect demand and conversion.
Success in this role will require you to be technical, meticulous and analytically-minded.
You will articulate product vision and strategy, and engage key external and internal stakeholders across product, risk management, engineering, legal, compliance, operations and other teams to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience.this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly-growing business.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

Job summary & responsibilities

Own and drive product roadmap for given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators
Communicate effectively to build consensus and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Capture and maintain a prioritized backlog (define user stories and acceptance criteria, and groom stories with engineers)
Define and track measurable metrics to inform the success of features
Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback, and funnel metrics to inform product strategy and pipeline development

Basic qualifications

4-7 years of experience building digital products in a fast-paced, agile product development environment (consumer banking experience desired)
Experienced in translating application program interface (api) spec documents into technical feature requirements
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
Possesses ability to break down complex issues into simple business terms to a wide array of internal stakeholders
Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Desires working in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
Proficiency in excel, powerpoint, jira and confluence
Bachelors/undergraduate degree

Preferred qualifications

Technical knowledge including json and sql
Proficient in technical tools including splunk and postman
