Job Description: Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers experience with their webhosting plans and services. Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via the help desk. Should multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and the managers. Eligibility Criteria: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to provide a great customer service Reliable to work in rotational shifts and to complete work as per expectations.
