Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provideendtoend technical support for Primavera applications respondingpromptly to user inquiries and resolving or escalating issues asnecessary.
Serve as the main pointof contact for Primaverarelated tickets working collaborativelywith team members to resolve problemsefficiently.
Analyze andtroubleshoot technical issues in Primavera software and developeffective solutions.
Conductregular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identifyareas for improvement.
Develop andmaintain technical documentation including user manuals guides andtroubleshooting documents.
Assistin the coordination of software testing and quality assuranceactivities for Primaveraapplications.
Qualifications:
– Minimumof 56 years of experience in a similar technofunctional Primaverasupportrole.
– Proficientin Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM)Primavera Unifier Primavera Risk Analysis and other relevantPrimaveratools.
– Previousexperience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRAServiceNow).
– Provenability to work well in a teamoriented collaborativeenvironment.
– Relevantcertifications in Primavera tools or project management (e.g.Oracle Primavera Certified Implementation Specialist) is aplus.

Previousexperience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). Provenability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Relevant certifications in Primavera tools or project management(e.g., Oracle Primavera Certified Implementation Specialist) is aplus.
