Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Insurance Claims

In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc

Responsibilities:

– High level attention to detail and accuracy

– Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output

– Should have sound knowledge of Insurance industry

– Knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word,

– MS/PowerPoint, MS/Visio & Outlook

– Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with onshore client – must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player

– High customer service orientation

– Good written and spoken English is a must

– Ability to work under pressure

– Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

– Any Graduate except, BTech, BSC etc

Preferred skills:

– Good analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses

– Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change

– Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted

– Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines

– Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.

– The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company

– The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.

Technical skills:

– Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
