ITIL Foundation certificate will have additional advantageL1 knowledge of Desktops, Network & Servers. Should have knowledge of Network, DNS, DHCP, AD. Technical certification like MCP/advance diploma etc. will have added advantageResource should be stable, no frequent job changes.
