Come, be a part of our exciting journeyAre you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Training Support Process Developer ResponsibilitiesManaging and tracking new hires performance from date of joining till independently productivePerforming training needs analysisFacilitating new hire training, coaching and conducting performance evaluation of traineesPublishing the reports to leadership and team members at regular intervalsProviding weekly training updates to leadership and traineesWorking closely with internal teams to develop new or update existing training content periodicallyCreating communication for the accounts for assessments, sessions, celebrations, festivities, etc.Require advanced excel knowledge to create analysis, pivots, graphs and run formulasPerform other tasks requested by the manager to reach team objective or the company s objectives based on current needsQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications Any undergraduate / bachelors degree with relevant work experience in a reputed company Eye for detail Advanced level of English, min B2.
